Michelle Boller is the Founder & CEO of Boller Logistics, Boller Transport, and the nonprofit Hayes & Spring HeartFelt House. A proud Minority & Women‑Owned business leader, Michelle has spent more than 16 years building companies that serve clients with excellence while creating opportunities for people across North Carolina.
Her journey began in 1996, working in her family’s trucking business, where she learned dispatching, operations, customer service, and the day‑to‑day realities of transportation. Those early years shaped her work ethic and gave her a deep understanding of what it takes to run a reliable logistics operation.
In 2009, she launched Boller Logistics — starting with determination, a vision, and a commitment to doing business the right way. Over the years, she expanded into freight delivery, hauling, and support services, eventually launching Boller Transport in 2015 to meet growing demand for cargo‑van and box‑truck delivery.
During the COVID‑19 pandemic, Michelle saw another opportunity to serve her community and clients. She completed additional training in construction cleaning and expanded the company into post‑construction cleaning, janitorial services, and specialty site support. Today, Boller Logistics operates as a multi‑division service provider serving Charlotte, Asheville, Raleigh, and the Southeast.

Michelle’s leadership extends beyond business. She founded Hayes & Spring Heart Felt House, a nonprofit dedicated to workforce development, job training, and economic mobility for underserved residents in Charlotte. Her mission is simple:
