Composite cleaning provides general contractors with dedicated, on-site cleaning support throughout the life of a project—funded through pooled trade contributions rather than individual scopes.
This model helps keep job sites clean, organized, and safe on a daily basis, while reducing coordination challenges for contractors and trades. By providing consistent manpower, supervision, and accountability, composite cleaning supports project efficiency from groundbreaking to final turnover.
